Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA")

Arcade DLC ("Arcade DLC", "us" or "we) respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, we will respond to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted the information to any of our contact points as described below. In this document you will find the process that we define if you believe that there’s any intellectual property rights that have been infringed. Arcade DLC will take whatever action it deems appropriate, including removal of the materials being listed suggested by you and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by us or by a third party who has uploaded materials to our website, please provide the following information to the designated contact:

1. Identify yourself as the owner of the copyrighted material(s) or a person authorized to act in behalf of the owner.
2. A description to identify the copyrighted material or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
3. Provide us a detailed description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located, including URLs, and screenshots on the Site. The web address under which the link has been published is useful as well.
4. Telephone number, email address and address where we can contact you and, if different, an email address where the alleged infringing party, if not Arcade DLC, can contact you.
5. An explanation by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. A signature, either electronic or physical.

Once the email is sent and processed by our end, Arcade DLC may request additional information before removing the material or resource. We will notify the person responsible for posting such materials that we removed or disabled access to the materials as soon as we can, when the case applies. Also, we will provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
